Being a Beauty Representative in Delco PA is so rewarding. I have been an Avon rep for 5 years and love helping my customers with great products. It is important to have a good relationship with your customers and truly care about their needs. It is not about a sale but a continued relationship. A bunch of my customers are always apologetic if they don’t have an order. I rather them buy products when they truly need them then spend money foolishly. What’s the point?!

I appreciate my customers and believe in rewarding them for referring other people to me. I have a referral program that offers them free gifts or cash. Now who wouldn’t want that? I also love to help out good causes by donating certain products. I love giving back. That is my reward!

A Local Beauty Representative can have some advantages over an online rep. For one, there is much more of a personal bond created with someone local. Many create a friendship and spend more time discussing products. A rep can see close up what types of products that will flatter you. She can try different products on you and explain what colors work and which ones don’t.

Avon representatives started out as a door-to-door sales position. This gained them a real connection with their customers. Most representatives still try and keep this as part of their business. Some still drop off catalogs and knock on doors. Some make house calls. Others email or Facebook customers with specials and orders. Still keeping that personalized touch is important for a local beauty representative.

Finding a Beauty Representative should not be a difficult task.  Depending on your needs, you can follow easy steps to finding  someone who will be professional, knowledgeable and courteous to your specifications.

First you should look at Representatives in your area. Your best bet may be to go online and type in your city. If a rep is close by, it will be much easier to build a personal relationship and for her to see close up what your specific needs are.

Then try and search info on that specific representative. How long has she/ he been a rep? Does she have any good/ bad reviews from past customers? What kind of experience is mentioned? It doesn’t hurt to get as much information up front before you meet her in person.

Meet the representative somewhere where you can sit and talk about what you are looking for. Address your needs and concerns and see if she is able to respond with knowledge and interest. Make sure she knows a lot about the products and what will work for you. Is she someone you can trust and refer others too?  If you are satisfied with the meeting and what has been discussed, then finding a beauty representative has been accomplished!
